Do Electric Cars Need an Oil Change?

Once you start driving an electric car, oil change visits will be a thing of the past. That goes for changing spark plugs and belts. There will still be some maintenance tasks you will need to have performed to keep your car running on our Morton roads, like changing the brake and transmission fluid, as well as coolant if the car is equipped with a radiator. You will also need to rotate and replace the tires, just as you would on a gas-powered car. 

Do Electric Cars Use Oil if They are Hybrid?

What about hybrids? Do electric cars need oil if they are hybrid? Hybrids have both an electric motor and a gas engine. That means if you drive a hybrid electric car, oil change appointments still need to be scheduled along with all of the other services you would normally need to have done on a gas car. However, those visits will usually be less frequent.
