My experience trading and purchasing a car at Dennison’s was great! They found the Encore GX that I wanted and retrieved it and it only took 1-2 days total. Scott Woger in Sales was awesome! He made sure I was satisfied with everything and was easily available by text or phone with questions. He was actually enjoyable to work with! Thanks to Kerry for locating the car and the driver who went to get it. Thanks to Aaron in Finance who explained everything including warranties very well. I do want to give a big shout out to Dave who does detailing as he went around the car with Scott and I a few times getting all the sticky plastic glue off from transport. Excellent group to work with
We did a lot of shopping online before we made the trip to Ray Dennison. We wanted to support someone named Drew Shepherdson and thought we would buy a Chevy Truck from him. We met Drew at a St. Jude event and loved the involvement that the company had at the event. Drew was kind enough to introduce us to the GMC side of the dealership and we found the vehicle that fit us best. From the Top down we enjoyed the service we got while shopping, which is why we bought the vehicle from this amazing team. We have already shared our great experience with others and encourage them to go and see the staff at Ray Dennison's. Being able to shop such a large selection of vehicles in one location makes the process so much easier.

I ended up looking for a car even though I didn't want to. I inquired online about an Acadia Denli. I went in to look at it. Steve the salesman that was helping me look at cars was already well aware of my needs when he pulled the Acadia up. Sue the online person shared the details with him that I shared with her earlier that day. He told us the Acadia was not going to meet our needs when he found out the trim level of the Acadia I was already driving. He showed me a Buick Enclave and a Suburban. He was knowledgeable on both of these used cars. When we were talking about the cost of the Suburban, Steve asked if we considered the Chrysler Pacifica, he thought it would truly meet our needs better than the Suburban. We test drove the Pacifica to my house and confirmed that my wife's scooter would fit without dropping the third row seat. We were very thankful for his knowledge and wanting to put us in the car that was right for us. Between it being safer for my wife to get into and the the scooter fitting it definitely proved to be the best choice. Thank you Steve for your help.

Brought in my vehicle after cancelling it's scheduled repair at another dealership. They could not get me in for 1 1/2 weeks. Ray Dennison Buick GMC had me scheduled two days later and completed the work in one day. The service staff were friendly and helpful, and the cashier that checked me out was amazing. She not only took my payment, but also asked about myGMC rewards, and set me up for available rebates. I'll definitely be back.

I received an OnStar alert that my car was due for service. I contacted Ray Dennison to schedule an appointment. They got me in within a few days and performed a thorough maintenance diagnostic inspection and an oil and air filter change for under $100. When I picked up my car a few hours later, it had been washed and vacuumed and looked great.
From the email communication from the initial scheduling, to the in person customer service, to price of service, and lastly the unexpected car wash. Such a great experience compared to some of my last GMC service appointments.
All went well
I had a left rear flat tire, so a friend aired up the tire and I drove to the dealership. Didn't have an appointment, just drove in the garage and explained my situation. They immediately started working on the tire, which they weren't able to plug as the nail was in the sidewall. Ordered 2 new tires and rotated as I wanted the new tires on the front. My husband had just had surgery on Tuesday, so he wasn't able to do anything about the tire. I so appreciated their help.
They are honest, and get they also get job done pretty fast.
